ITRoundTable facilitates virtual discussions between IT executives in a sales-free environment.
The purpose of IT Roundtable is branding, not selling.
We provide a forum for IT executives to share ideas and solutions surrounding a pain point or challenge they all share.
The discussion focuses on business impact rather than technology. Our goal is to address shared challenges without sales pitches, allowing the sponsor to showcase their solution naturally. This generally leads to post-event client engagement. It’s about branding, not selling, and the results are magical.
Our Sponsored roundtables consist of a professional moderator and five to seven C-Level IT executives.
Participants are selected based on their knowledge and experiences on the chosen topic. The discussion may also include industry experts with related knowledge or experience.
Moderators are responsible for leading the conversation, introducing and explaining the agenda, asking questions, and ensuring that all participants have an opportunity to contribute.
The panelists can learn best practices and current trends from their peers and industry experts.
Companies will engage with decision-makers to differentiate their brand and achieving name recognition with the selected participants.
1 The Roundtable begins with the moderator introducing the participants and reading the agenda.
2 The moderator poses questions to the participants with the goal of involving everyone participating.
3 The sessions run for 90 minutes, with the final 30 minutes dedicated to a free-form discussion
4 The participants will receive a summary of the best practices discussion, including ongoing updates from future events on the discussion topic.
Our company has worked with over 100 high-tech companies in the last 20 years.
